With a resource and solution-oriented approach, I guide teams and individuals through change - with clarity, structure and a pinch of humor. Because change should not only be challenging, it should also be fun. 

I have been guiding people and teams in companies and associations through a wide variety of changes for almost 30 years - as a manager, mentor and coach. I have spent a third of this time as a mentor and the last few years as a trained agile team coach and supervisor. In 2023, I expanded my expertise to include the
further deepened my expertise with the federal certificate as a corporate mentor.

For over 25 years, I have been leading change missions in marketing, communication and sales - in a wide variety of organizations and with diverse crews. Each expedition has shown me which collaboration constellations and navigation rules enable the greatest success - with energy, joy and maximum impact. 

My strengths here? From strategy to implementation: I develop clear concepts, set them in motion and analyze the results with precision. Because real change is not only evident in the lift-off, but in a safe landing with measurable impact.
