Changeonaut - about the Navigator
I have been navigating teams and organizations through change missions for almost 30 years - in companies, associations and leadership positions.
What drives me? Finding the right constellations and navigation rules that not only enable change, but also shape it with joy, energy and maximum impact. My mission is to set strategy in motion - from the initial idea to precise implementation and analysis. Because real change is not only evident in the lift-off, but in a successful landing with measurable impact.
